About Talks & Posters

Information for the speakers

We would like to have all the presentations given with the computer made available for that purpose.

That computer is equipped with the Microsoft Office suite, the Apple iWork suite (keynote), and pdf readers.

The speakers should make sure that their presentation is transferred to that computer by:

• either sending it to plato-stesci2023-slides@sciencesconf.org,
• or uploading it on one of the USB sticks which will be circulated by the LOC.

Make sure that your presentation is sent before the last break preceding the session of your talk, or at least 20 minutes before the first session in the morning, if your talk is scheduled during that session.

The schedule is tight. We recall hereafter the time allocated for oral presentations:

• Invited review: 25' (+10' for questions/logistics)
• Invited talk: 20' (+5')
• Contributed talk: 15' (+5') (except for sessions A and E)

The aspect ratio of the projector in the conference room is 4:3 (and not 19:6).

Information about Posters

Size: The expected format of paper posters is A0, portrait orientation.

The LOC will provide the tools needed to place the posters.

We have not simple solutions to propose for printing a poster near the congress center.
